How will my RRSP contribution room be calculated in this special situation ?

In 2015, I never took any salary from my company and had no other earned income. In 2014, I was not in the country so there is no carrry over RRSP. By 31 Dec 2015, I will pay myself some salary. Will I get contribution room while filing my 2015 taxes basis 2015 salary Or the RRSP contribution room apply for the next year ?

Yes, you will get a contribution room that is applicable to 2016. There is really no special situation here.
