Where do I enter a spousal RRSP? Does it get entered under policy owner or spouse that using RRSP deduction? Thx

The contributor to an RRSP must make the claim on his/her own tax return. Your RRSP Contribution Slip should clearly state who the Contributor (purchaser) is, and who the Annuitant (policy owner) is.
A spousal RRSP only differs from a personal RRSP in that it’s a plan to which you can contribute but remains in your spouse’s name and under their control.
