Self-employed cpp contribution is not being calculated. Please help.

I am a self employed ontario resident and turbotax removed CPP after I entered Releve 1 income related to benefits received from a quebec company I retired from. Why has turbotax removed the CPP amount? I do not work in Quebec.

Is this a bug? Please advise.
