How to claim Canada US tax treaty for Chinese Pension and salary Article 15 & 20 of https://www.docin.com/p-xxxxxxxxx.html ?

I'm a resident of Canada/citizen of China, I received pension from my previouse employer. I reported this income in my tax return but I don't how to claim the tax treaty in the return.
