To  claim the Ontario Focused Flow-through Share Tax Credit (OFFTS) you must be a resident of Ontario on December 31 of the tax year and have either a T101 or T5013 slip with the credit reported on the slip. There would need to be an entry in box 145 of the T101 or box 200 of a T5013.

After the above entries are made, Turbotax  will complete the required T1221 and ON479 forms
