We have a child who we have claimed in prior years for the disability tax credit. She turned 18 in Oct of 2021. Can still claim her under ours for 2021? Thanks!
She also worked a small bit in 2021 but I am assuming she would still be our dependent as she lives at home.

Credits and deductions
Yes, you are still able to apply for the Disability Tax Credit as long as your daughter is dependent on you.
It does not matter if she has earned income, you can still claim this credit.
