My twin (dependants) just turned 18 last week, and no longer dependants. I am just wondering if I have to include them on my tax return from last year?

Credits and deductions

Your children can still be dependents even if they are 18 or older. You would need to enter them as dependents on your return if you would like to claim medical expenses you paid for them or for other credits, such as the tuition transfer credit.
