The Dynamic refund/balance due tracker in the top left hand corner of Turbo Tax includes both federal and provincial amounts. There is a separate provincial summary under the "Provincial" tab and a more detailed federal tax summary under the "Review" tab > "Bottom Line (tax summaries)" look for the paper and magnifying glass icon in the lower left and choose "detailed tax summary".
