CRA reassessed 2014-2022 returns since I was eligible for the DTC. Since unused DTC can be transferred to a spouse, is this automatically done?

- Claiming retroactively so I can see my tax returns were adjusted, but my spouse's CRA account does not show any adjustments so Im wondering if the unused portion of the DTC would be transferred to him automatically or if there is something I need to do.

Yes, there is a box to check off on the DTC form sent to the CRA that will make them reassess their returns to see if anything is owed. You can contact the CRA at 1 (800) 959-8281 so that they can give you more information.
