Can you clarify what you mean that you are not getting the proper return when printing? Have you tried closing your software and reopening it and trying again? If you are clicking on print to mail, you should only have a few pages. It gives you a page with a barcode and a few others—it's a condensed printout of your return to mail to the CRA.
