These error codes relate to lines 4 and 16 on Form T691.  Did you enter any information regarding resource property and flow-through shares or certified film property?  You can view Form T691 by going to File > Print Your Tax Return.  You may need to go to the Alternative Minimum Tax section under Deductions > Other Deductions so you can review and complete any missing information relating to Form T691.
