rejected for AGI but AGI number is correct? How do I get returns transmitted?

A return was rejected for a wrong AGI but the AGI number is correct.  the 2018 return was filed by tutbotax plus I looked it up.  So, what do I do to get the return transmitted?  I have already paid the state fee. If I have to print how do I get a refund of the state filing fee?

Try using a 0 (zero) for the 2018 AGI.

If that is also rejected you will have to print and mail your tax returns.
