So I have gone through files and this is not a regular disability. It is a CPP post-retirement disability which is why both are for 12 months. 

How does this get reported?

We have noticed that you have Assist & Review enabled.

 Please reach out to them so that they can view your screen and identify the error for you.

 Once you return to the main menu, click on "Your Tax Kit" on the left-hand side and then click on "Connect to an Expert" located at the bottom of the page. Answer a few questions and an expert will be in touch with you shortly to assist you further.
