Does it show "REFILE" beside your return?

All it has is a a PDF 2019 2020 2021but no refile option for those years.

You can submit your request for changes electronically using Change My Return in your CRA My Account or you can make your adjustment request by mail by sending Form T1-ADJ, T1 Adjustment Request.

The issue with that Is that I'm having difficulties locating the entries I made on Turbo Tax to CRA's complicated income tax form.  Is there anyway to do this through TurboTax?  Why was refiling removed for those years?

You should be able to see what line numbers they are when in TurboTax you will need to click on the drop-down arrow on top just below your refund or tax owing- it will show you your tax summary. Once you know the line number you need to change go into your CRA My Account to make the adjustments.
