They are not locked, other tax software's work! You should offer full refunds to all of your loyal subscribers! 

@Cpitty Schedule 3 is still locked by CRA and not finalized by CRA yet. Please refer to this link Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized? 

We do not have any ETA on this yet but as soon a these forms gets finalize we will be updating them in TurboTax for an accurate calculations.

We can understand the frustration but we strongly suggest to wait until the forms get finalized by CRA and we will get them updated in TurboTax as soon as they are updated. Submitting a return with incomplete or wrong information is not a advisable solution. The last due date to file your Taxes for Tax Year with CRA  2024 is April 30th, 2025.

Lies. "we are working hard to align ourselves with the CRA" is what the link you shared says. I have multiple friends that  have filed already. these are not locked by the CRA, it's you guys that have the problem.

Don't bother asking.  You're just going to get a canned response that they don't know and are working on it.  But they apologize for the inconvenience!

Have been using TurboTax for years, even before Inuit... this year has been so frustrating, they have taken payment and will not allow me to file.... I have no Capital gains or losses.

I have praised TT for years, this will be my last year and will make sure to share my experience.

It's March 17th 2025 and 1 form I need are still locked.  :(

Still not available as of March 17 2025 6am.  will keep checking in every morning cause what choice do i have 😩

Good news, there was a form update and 1of my  forms has been update as of March 17 6:02am Lump sum Payment.  Now just waiting for 1 more.
