mine  was also bring up capital gains and i didnt have any as it turned out when i was doing the final review before e-filing  I checked off a box (in error)  in capital gains.  This caused the form to remain open.  So after 2 weeks i finally went back to that induvial form to see what was in there and remove check mark and saved it and it removed capital gains form and I could efile.

I did clear the form TP=726.6 and delete it, but it still dont let me e-file ? 

Never in my life have i witnessed so many problems with Turbo Tax.
Riddled with errors...just got off the phone with "tech support" poor lady had no idea what I was even talking about half the time...error codes 90312 where the amount in box18 doesn't get transferred over to the form...errors in other client forms that aren't getting transferred over.
There is no true tech support...
This is destroying my business as an accountant.
My clients think I'm an idiot...

They didnt ask me the question if I have any capital gain/loss,? i have only a T5 and RL-3 for bank interest, i dont know what to do now? so frustrating !

Same thing for me. Last year it’s gonna be with Turbotax. I can’t understand why it takes ages to update… I had problems few years ago with licence update from purchases online. Had to buy physical product to avoid it. I sweared it would be my last year but this time, I’m gone for good!
