This issue has been ongoing since filing opened late last month. If it isn't fixed by the end of this week, I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank and use another filing service. I'm not going to risk missing the filing deadline because TurboTax can't manage their system. If you sell someone a product, you have to actually be able to deliver that product. Did you guys fire all your engineers in favor of AI or something?
