If you're using a TurboTax Online Live Assist & Review product, there are two ways to reach out for help:
- You can contact a TurboTax Live expert by logging into your TurboTax account, then selecting Live Help.
- You can request a review call within your return by going to the Review section in TurboTax.
If you've purchased the Assist & Review service for TurboTax CD/Download, you can access it by selecting the Expert Help icon, then select Book Appointment or Request a Callback.
