I have the higher income at home. But as my wife is Full time student. Can I claim the children expenses from my son? We all live together.

She Works Part Time bust earn less than me

After you file

As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) even if you have the higher income you can claim the expenses because your wife is a full time student. You can view their example in their page.
