If you have Assist & Review, this FAQ tells you how to submit your return for review:

They don't review a return after it's been filed.

Although when I originally signed in to Turbo tax it said it was free.  However when I attempted to sign in to review, it insisted on payment of $30.00 plus tax and said I could review after filing.  Have been trying navigating for the past half hour and cannot get to review it.
