I am separated and have 2 kids. We both pay child support and use the calculator to determine offset (I end up paying a bit more). Can I apply eligible dependent credit?
If the child lived with you, and your spouse is not claiming the child that you are claiming, then yes, you might be able to claim the eligible dependant credit.
