“We need your feedback” survey email

Hi there. I recently filed my 2023 taxes using TurboTax. I received the following email from Intuit asking for feedback. There are 3 options: yes but not using TurboTax, no but plan to use TurboTax, no but not using TurboTax. Screenshot attached. 

I have filed already, and I used TurboTax! Why isn’t there an option for my situation? Especially since, as a TurboTax user you’d think that would be the exact feedback Intuit would want.

These emails are sent from the marketing team, and may have been scheduled to be sent before you filed your return.
