First time filing tax online, why am I not getting an update?

Hello,

I need help, I filed my tax via TurboTax free online last March 7 of 2023 Confirmation #123X119W3Q7 but up to now I still haven't received any update from CRA regarding my notice of assessment and I don't know how to check the status of my tax filing from turbo tax. I am always trying to register on the CRA website but my SIN number is still not being recognized up to now.

You may have finished doing your taxes but may not have Netfiled it yet if you did not receive a confirmation email directly from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). You may want to call the CRA to verify if they ever received your return by calling 1-800-959-8281.
