After you file

When I call support to make a 100% Accurate Claim Guarantee I do not get a live person. When I ask the computerized voice to speak to a live person I am sent to someone who is breathing and making noises, never introduces themselves and eventually hangs up on me. This support seems to be making it very difficult for me to make a claim. Any advice for getting a live person or a link where I can upload my files to start the claim and get a case number? It should be much easier than this and I shouldn't have to take a day off work to complete this task.
