By default, TurboTax will automatically claim the caregiver amount on the spouse with the highest income (after deductions). There is no way to change who gets just the caregiver amount, but you can choose who claims all of the credits for infirm dependants under 18. To do this in TurboTax Online, click on "2024 tax return" in the top left. Then click on "Deductions", then "Claims for dependants" and think click the "Continue" button.
