More than 50 days now and I still not received my "Turbo Tax Online" product refund. Refund request submitted on March 22, 2025 and status still open. Case# 1547567469
Please someone follow up this. Turbo tax email said it should only take 5-7 business days but its been 50 days past now and still no refund received and status still "Open".
Email from turbo tax when refund request was submitted:
"Thank you for submitting your request for a product refund. Your request will be reviewed and a decision will be communicated back to you via email within 5-7 business days. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that your request or the refund amount you are requesting will be approved."
