How to Get Refund after 60 Days, for Terrible Service

I paid almost $150 for a tax expert to review my return (as it was the first time I was claiming a dependent), as well as the Audit Defense service. 

 

The tax expert was negligent in his review, causing the CRA to start a review on my tax file; and the Audit Defense specialist made an already stressful situation unbearable by confusing and concerning me further, advising the only way I'd be successful is doing something that's NOT required by the CRA (claiming medical expenses, when my dependent had no medical issues). I then refused to work with the specialist any longer and successfully dealt with the CRA myself.

I bought TurboTax services and NETFILEd in February and only realized TurboTax's poor service last month, when my CRA assessment was under review. How do I get a refund, when TurboTax only guarantees their service for only 60-days?

 

Turbotax makes it very difficult to reach an actual human regarding refunds.
