Are you using an Online version or a Desktop version? If you are using a desktop version, make sure it is up to date. For the online version, I suggest trying a different browser.
How you file your adjustment depends on how your original tax return was filed.
- If you filed your original return using NETFILE:
- Sign in to your TurboTax Online 2023 account. (Or, launch your TurboTax Desktop edition, if you used TurboTax Download).
- In Return Manager, select ReFILE beside the filed tax return you want to adjust.
- If you printed and mailed your original return or are in a situation excluded from ReFILE:
