I had issues with taxes last year because my wife and I were separated. Weve been separated for over a year but not formally divorced yet. What do I do with spouse?
We put in an amount for her earnings last year. Do I need to do this again?

No. If you separated or divorced before the current tax year, you say "No" to the question "Did you separate/divorce from your spouse/partner in 20XX?". Then you won’t need to provide any info about your ex-spouse/ ex-partner.
