You must file your return in TurboTax to make changes to an already filed return. If your return has already been filed, you cannot NetFile using different software because the CRA does not accept a second filing.
You have two options: you can contact your accountant, too.
- CRA My Account: Use the "Change my return" service directly in the CRA My Account portal.
- Mail (T1-ADJ): Complete Form T1-ADJ, T1 Adjustment Request, and mail it to your tax centre with all supporting documents.
