We were billed for the full amount for professional guidance when we specifically said we did not want it. We have been using this program for years and have never had this problem. To get the nettle completed we had to pay the $200 fee for the joint returns as there was no way to back up and change the billing. We are due a refund of the difference between the $200 fee and the probable $60 dollar fee for the basic filing package.
