I divorced in 2017, don't have my spouse's SIN and can't skip the step. This is a software problem and customer service couldn't help. Very unimpressed.
The software is requiring me to fill in information about my former spouse that I do not have and cannot get. It is required because my marital status changed in 2017 from separated to divorced.
