Your daughter should claim them when she files her tax return.
She will enter it in TurboTax by following these steps:
- In the Profile section, on the first What happened for you in 2014 screen, select Yes to the question "were you a student in 2014?"
- Select the "I received scholarship, grant, or bursary" (and any other boxes that apply)
- Then in the Income section she'll enter the information.
