Hello, I am trying to fill out the: 2017 GST370 Rebate Claimed, and am requiring some assistance

the CRA provided this info: Your annual GST/HSTC entitlement is $433.00. 


Your annual BCCATC entitlement is $135.00. 

Your total annual entitlement is $568.00.

not sure where/how it would fit into: 

Prior year Line 1 of Form GST370 x 5/105

Prior year Line 5 of Form GST370 x 13/113

Prior year Line 9 of Form GST370 x 8/108

After you file

You do not need to complete this section to receive the GST/HST Credit. The GST370 form only applies to employees who are claiming "Employment Expenses" on their tax return. The GST and BCCATC entitlement you receive is a separate payment you receive throughout the year, it is based on your income and CRA will issue it to you based on the information you include on your tax return.
