The CRA did not receive my netfiled return, I have a confirmation number from Turbo tax saying that it was filed. Why does the CRA not have it?

 

After you file

Please make sure that the confirmation number you are looking at is for NETFILE, and not your receipt for paying for TurboTax.

If it is a NETFILE confirmation number, contact CRA and ask them to place “a trace” on your return if all of the following applies to you:

- You have confirmed that you have a valid NETFILE confirmation number;

- Your CRA My Account does not reflect that your return was received or assessed;

- It’s been more than 10 business days since you submitted your return.
