Months after I completed my 2018 tax return, I discovered I did not receive confirmation number after payment. Now CRA’S NETFILE service is closed, what should I do?

We're very sorry about the inconvenience to you.  The Canada Revenue Agency regularly performs maintenance and the system may have been temporarily disabled.  You should be able to continue and NETFILE your income tax return.  Please see the following FAQ for instructions on how to NETFILE when using TurboTax Online.
