Once you filed your tax return and submitted your tax document through Netfile on TurboTax, your tax file will immediately be sent to the CRA ( Canada Revenue Agency ) and they need to assess your tax return before process your refund. We suggest that you should go to the CRA website and sign in to your account to check your NOA (Notice of Assessment). If you file online (direct deposit), it may take 2 weeks to be refunded or 8 weeks if you file a return paper.
If this is the first time you file a tax return, you have to wait until the CRA sends you a letter to instruct you how to sign in to your CRA account.
