Why am I not getting the help as advertised?It is not fair, you charge your customers and claim that you have online help when they need BUT you don't live to your words!

Do you mean being able to reach an expert? When you click on the "Expert Help" button in the top right, does it not give you any options?

Same problem here.

 

Trying to schedule an appointment to review my taxes for the last 3 days, every time I get an 'Sorry, we're having problems, try again.'

The 'Expert help' button is utterly useless, some voice response system that sends you an email with an FAQ to a completely unrelated problem (which you could've just looked up).

 

I feel scammed.
