Enter new IKC function missing in T2 Corporate program to enter second licence bought

Bought two products at retailer, as in previous years, and the Enter New IKC is missing in the File tab (which is listed in the help). How do I enter the new licence with the 2020 version?

For the 2020 T2 program additional licenses must be purchased through the program. Call us at 1-866-438-8020 for an agent to assist you.
