Regarding a 15-minute introductory call I'm a non-resident and my phone number is non-Canadian. The form doesn't even accept my phone number.

How can I get connected with a tax expert?

Troubleshooting

Unfortunately, you can only reach our TurboTax phone support team if you are in Canada. However, you may go to the TurboTax Support page and ask a question. To do so, please see the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Go to the TurboTax Support page
  2. Select Discuss from the menu
  3. Select the box labelled Troubleshooting
  4. Select Ask a Question
  5. Enter your question, choose your product, then select Post
