I had the same issue this morning. 

Go back to the beginning where you see the steps "My Returns" then click "My Info" then you need to start from the beginning in that area. click marital status and do all steps you will find the donor question at one point need to answer then you can file

Thank you!! That did the trick for me. Looks like their feature to use the info from the previous year skips that question for you but doesn't input an answer automatically.

Glad it helped! if you are still having an issue just start from the beginning and make sure everything it filled and answered.
