As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA): Children’s Fitness Tax Credit

Tax year 2016 was the last year to claim the children’s fitness tax credit at the federal level. Only Quebec, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and Yukon have the sports tax credits and the children’s art amount. All other provinces have eliminated these credits.
