Discount code not applied

Hi,

I received an email stating that I would not be charged the increased price of $39.99 for this year's tax filing but would be charged $34.99. However, I was still charged the full amount when I went through the payment process. Who can I contact to rectify this?

I also had the same issue as well. Received an email stating that the full amount would not be charged but upon purchase, it was the full $39.99 amount. Wondering how i can get the discount applied. It was already charged to my credit card unfortunately.
