The CRA will send you an updated Notice of Assessment if there was changes. This will show what will need to be carried forward for next year. Unfortunately you won't be able to make those change in TurboTax itself.

You will simply make sure when completing your tax return that you enter the amount that it shows on the NOA.

(the carry forwards) every year afterwards you will be able to see the carry forwards.
