Unfortunately, no you can't recover deleted files.

I lost my files from my computer that I files for 2022 for my wife and I and I need to file for 2023. Can I recover the old files or do I have to start band new...I already purchased the Turbo Tax from Loblaws this year and cant get pass the the program without your system asking for more $$$$.

Unfortunately,  there is no way to retrieve files that have been deleted. Can you verify what it says on the box you purchased- if it says, TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download?
