You would need to contact your bank about your credit card or line or credit balances.

So that is not helpful when the bank shows the balance correctly but the app interprets  it backwards

You will need to clarify this for us as we have no idea what you are trying to accomplish with  your line of credit/credit card. Are you trying to pay your taxes?
