You may need to accept the last update on your version. You need to close and reopen your software to be able to do so.

To enter information on the T5007 / RL-5 

Go to the menu on the left hand side and 

• click on Income then 
• click on T-Slips and scroll down till you see T5007 / Relevé 5 WCB, Social Assistance, and Federal Supplements as seen in the image below. Please note that, If your address is not Quebec, this slip will not show up in the menu.

As per the CRA The T5007 Statements of Benefits does not include the Box D. 

We suggest you to contact CRA at 1-800-959-8281 to enquire about how to enter a Box D when you do not live in Quebec Province.
