Disable the IPv6 on your computer's network adapter. Looks like Intuit doesn't support IPv6 to connect to their registration server.

I tried the all options listed in the thread, but doesn't help. I have TurboTax 2015 till 20222 in the same PC, but only this 2023 version has the blank screen issue
1. Change the DPI setting, run as admin
2. Change my monitor from 27" to 23"
3. Disable the IPv6
4. Disable my anti-virus (Norton)
5. Call TurboTax support, the agent could not fix the issue either.
My last option is to buy another computer with Win10, LOL.
