Not accepting the Netfile Access code?

I have my netfile access code form my tax return last year, however it says that netfile cannot accept the code. I know I am enetring it in right. I even tried to straight up copy and paste it.

Troubleshooting

Did you get an error code when you were trying to file your tax return? 

Some of the common error codes:
Error code 50

Error code 57

Error code 2130

Error code 2197

Error code 72182

Error code 90308

Error code 90317

 

Please make sure that your information (name, date of birth, SIN, address, etc.) matches the information Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has on file for you.

 

Alternatively, you can file your tax return without NETFILE Access code. Keep in mind that after five unsuccessful attempts to enter the code, your account will be locked and you'll see a message to contact the CRA.
