How to get T1 for 2021 for a different email address

Hi,

One of my clients wants his T1 for 2021 however the email that was used to generate the T1 in TurboTax doesn't exist anymore. he used to be with Bell Canada and use their email system, now he changed provider and has no access to his old emails.

How can we retrieve the information from TurboTax?

Hello Sam,

Unfortunately we can not disclose client information without access to the account email. You will need to retrieve their email and password from Bell and one of our customer success agents can help you out. Hope this helps!
